International Shipping &  Delivery Policy


Shipping Policy

1. We deliver to any India address and provide Worldwide International Delivery.

2. Please click on the following link to view our section for India and International Shipping Rates.Shipping Rates.

3. All orders for international deliveries are subject to our Terms and Conditions.

4. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, orders placed for these addresses will be cancelled and a full refund will be given if you have already paid for the products.

5. We do not deliver in Pakistan due to trade laws prevailing between India and Pakistan.

6. If Your Order Has Multiple Products With Different Dispatch Dates, We Would Have All The Products Shipped As One Shipment, Once All Products In Your Order Is Ready.

7. Orders require a signature to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be proof that delivery has been received by you or the person, to whom the order is addressed. If no one is available to accept the delivery the Shipment will be returned to the Courier Company Depot and it will be considered a Failed Delivery.

8. A delivery charge may applicable on Delivery in case of International Deliveries depending on whether the Customs in your country levy any Customs Duties on your Shipment. Any such delivery charge is payable by you at the time of Delivery.

9. A delivery charge may applicable in case of International Deliveries in case the Courier Company levy’s any charges due to Wrong Address, Change in Address and/or repeated Failed Deliveries. Any such delivery charge is payable by you at the time of Delivery.

10. Failed Deliveries may occur if there is no one at the Delivery Address to sign for the Delivery.

11. All delivery deadlines will depend on the address details supplied and stocks being present at time of dispatch. If there are any discrepancies in your order we will contact you, so please be sure to provide correct contact numbers with area codes, as well as an email address.

12. We will try to deliver all orders received, however if a customer is not at home a card will be left and the parcel will be delivered to a Neighbour, or returned back to the depot. It is the customer's responsibility to collect it or arrange re-delivery.

13. For Deliveries within India if a parcel is returned as undelivered we will offer a refund for the items only. If you still require the parcel to be resent a further postage charge is applicable.

14. For International Deliveries if a parcel is returned undelivered no refund will be offered.

15. We cannot accept liability for any delay in Timed Deliveries regardless of any cause of delay.

16. We shall have no liability to you in respect of any delay or failure to deliver a product due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) delay or failure caused by adverse weather, strikes or transport problems.

17. We are not liable to pay refund for late delivery if the consignment does not have a complete and accurate address, postcode and telephone number for the customer.

18. Shipping Charge Will Be Extra for "Algeria" And "Fiji”, After Placing Order, We Will Send you an Extra Shipping Charge Invoice To Pay.

19. NOTE: - Shipping Charges Can Change Any Time Without Any Notification.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

  1. We Use Reputed Couriers Like Blue Dart Courier, DHL Courier, FEDEX Courier, First Flight Courier, Bright International, Rush International To Ship The Products That Are Completely Insured And Reliable. We Can Ship Products In 10-15 Days, Courier Service Will Take Max 6-7 Days To Deliver Your Product.

  2. Shipping Charges For Fiji, Kenya ,Portugal, Spain, Reunion, Sweden, Algeria, Tunisia, Mauritius, Germany, Italy And Morocco Are Different, Extra Shipping Charges Will Be Informed After Placing Order.

  3. Important Note For FIJI Customers:-

TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number) Is Required To Ship Item To FIJI,We Can't Send Items To FIJI Without TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number),After Placing Order Don’t Forget To Mail Us Your TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number).

DELIVERY POLICY

GENERAL INFORMATION 

We deliver Monday - Friday between 8.00am - 6.00pm.We do not deliver at weekends. For weekend deliveries please get in touch with the courier service when we provide you your tracking number and arrange to pick up your shipment from the Warehouse nearest to you.

Your order should be delivered within 4-10 working days once it has been dispatched. Providing you have supplied us with your correct address, email address and mobile number. Any charges incurred due to errors in the address supplied you will be payable by you at the time of delivery. You will be able to receive alerts from the courier regarding the delivery of your parcel.

There may be a delay in delivery if the shipment is held up in Customs in India or in your country. We will not be responsible for any such delay.

A signature is required upon delivery, and most deliveries will be attempted twice, unless there is an address problem. If you are not available to accept delivery the courier will leave a calling card to advise that delivery has been attempted (please follow the instructions on the calling card). Please note that the courier may leave your parcel with a neighbor. The parcel may also be returned to the Delivery Depot in case of repeated failed delivery. If the parcel is not claimed after 2 weeks, we will not be responsible for loss of parcel.


You will be able to track your missed delivery by logging on to the site of the courier entering in your tracking number provided to you.

Extra Charges on Delivery

Any charges incurred due to errors in the address supplied by you or change of address once the shipment has been dispatched by us will be payable by you at the time of delivery.

Usually shipments get through Customs without any hitches but Any extra dues levied by the customs in your country will be payable by you at the time of delivery.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Express 3-4 days delivery is available within India as well as worldwide. Express delivery will only be possible if all the items you have ordered are in stock address/contact details provided are correct. Express Delivery will not be possible if your area is classified by the Courier Company as a remote area. In such case you will have to arrange a pickup from the Courier Company’s nearest warehouse yourself once you receive the tracking number for us.

  15. From time to time we may offer special postage promotions and free delivery which will be available online and via our call center. These offers are for the India only, and exclude in their entirety all International Deliveries. All International orders and higher postage delivery areas within India are also excluded.The postage promotions offered are for standard delivery, and may be available on a differing minimum spend value via our website and our call center. Postage promotions and in particular free postage offers are not applicable during sale periods and will be removed from the website and call center automatically without notice.
